J. Terry Frey, DDS
Dr. Frey has been in practice for many years, but he has never lost his interest in staying up to date with the latest dental technologies and treatments. Over the course of his dental career he has taken more than 1,000 hours of continuing education to ensure that he is providing his patients with the best possible dental care available today.
Born in Terre Haute, Dr. Frey earned a B.S. in Life Sciences from Indiana University and his D.D.S. degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry.
He opened his general/family dental practice in 1972. From 1972 to 1974 he also served as a part time faculty member in the Department of Operative Dentistry at his dental school alma mater.
Dr. Frey is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, DOCS (Dentists for Oral Conscious Sedation), the American Dental Association, the Indiana Dental Association and the Southeastern Indiana Dental Society. He is an alumnus of Phi Delta Theta Dental fraternity.
During his 30-plus years of practice in North Vernon, Dr. Frey has been an active member of the community through his participation in the Rotary Club. He served as president of the Rotary Club of North Vernon in 1995-1996 and has been a member of its board since 1995. He chaired several committees for Rotary International’s District 6580 and was District Governor from 1996-1997.
When he’s not busy with his dental practice, Dr. Frey enjoys travel, fishing and photography. He also collects lapel pins.
